Whilst we don't like to issue terms & conditions we feel we need to so that everybody is treated fairly.
Payment terms 14 days for domestic clients A late payment fee of £2 per clean per mth is applicable if payment is not received.
All invoices must be paid within. 28 days for commercial/contract.
If payment is overdue by 30 days or more we reserve the right to terminate our service, and recover the debt via our collection agency for monies owed to us. Plus 8% interest per mth and £40 compensation recoverable under the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act 1998 for the total balance due thereafter. You will also be liable for the collection and court fees.
We operate 8am to 6pm mon-sun.
We have to work in light rain as it is impossible to provide a regular service if we don’t. However work is covered under our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
You have the right to cancel our service at any time. however we do ask that you give 7 days notice before a clean is due. (if notice is given at the doorstep 50% payment is still due to cover travel and staff costs) |
